Are you talking about awakened equips? In order to do that you go to equipment shop and find equipment and then find memories for the same equipment in the zenkai rush medal shop then you can awaken then

Take out Red Super Gogeta and replace him with Red Super Saiyan God Goku. You'll be getting an HP buff and Critical buff for all your units which is better than a singular zenkai buff for a unit that already has one.
