Ultra Hit could work very well in this meta. He's type advantage against Fusing Gogeta Blue, he does more dmg against BLU units: Fusing Super Vegito, and his time skip wouldn't be affected by UG4's gauge leading to a one shot.

The thing with baby 2 is when his gauge is full, it inflicts "no switching" which is a great snipe against ug4. but also usually after his gauge fills and he uses a blue card there is a small lag when after switching they stop and you an strike them, man's insane
