Anyone looking to do this build I highly recommend a billet or cast aluminum flywheel. Rod should be safe to about 5350, 5000rpm at least. You can get an aluminum cast flywheel for $30, better to pay that than loose an engine and/or right leg. Cast aluminum flywheels are good for up to 8500 rpm typically, many people run stock flywheels to 5000+ rpm but I've seen them rip apart as little as 4300rpm.

I have a stage one predator 212 with gov delete I ride it daily with no problems at all does 57 mph with the gearing I have it's very reliable with no problems for the last two years

Depends on how hard to run it ; we all do governor deletes but you can’t just run the motor wide open anymore , not till you get a flywheel and rod

Yes, they run only 10/54 on all bikes basically
