Hey Tim, at 5:00, when you say you would direct them to a sales page, do you mean that it’s an email sequence where they’ll email them the sales page after the webinar, or does the sales page have its own link which we will give them towards the end of the webinar to sign up (as most online gurus do), or is it both or what exactly? It’s not clear. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Hey Zephyr. Great question. I possibly should have been more explicit in the video. You can do this however you like, but I would use all of the above strategies you mentioned. I would have the link displayed on the webinar slides. I would say the link and spell it out in the pitch. I would use a QR code so they can go directly to the link. I would paste the link in the webinar chat. Then I would also follow up with an email sequence with the link. Hope this helps. 🤓

I did some playing around in Kajabi and realised that all the pages do have an individual link. Didn't realise this before. Thanks so much man. Yeah it's definitely good to have that link handy!

Tim, is the payment for the webinar collected through Zoom? Or should we collect payment thought Kajabi? Also on the front page here what link do we put in the registration on kajabi, the actual meeting link for the webinar or the zoom REGISTRATION page. No sense in them registering twice..?

Hey Joseph. Thanks so much for your comments. First of all, the video I've created is all about how to create a FREE webinar funnel. If you’re creating a PAID webinar funnel, it will look a little different. Whilst you can take payments through Zoom, I would recommend taking payments through Kajabi. So the first page you should share with your audience is either a bespoke sales page or a checkout page. Once they have paid for the webinar, you can automate the delivery of the Zoom webinar link, either on the thank you page or by automating an email. Within the Zoom settings, I would get them to register on the day of the webinar, just to confirm their account (kind of like a login). If you were promoting a FREE webinar, I would simply share the funnel link, as described in the video at 6:30. Hope this helps. There are a lot of moving parts, so feel free to ask any follow-up questions you may have.

Hi, I have another question. I was going to use Zoom meeting to do my live webinar because I expected about 10 people attending. But more than 200 people have been registered so far, and I'm suddenly don't know what I'm doing.🙄 One of my friends said I could link Zoom to KZbin live. So I can record the webinar with Zoom, but people will watch via KZbin? I'm not sure if I got it right. I would really appreciate it if you can give me your insight of that. Jin.

Hi Jin. First of all, huge congrats on the 200 registrations! 👏🏼 So, it all depends if you’ve shared a link to where the webinar will be taking place with those who have registered or not. If you haven’t shared anything yet, I would recommend upgrading to Zoom Webinar and scheduling a call link to share with them. Alternatively, you could schedule a KZbin live link and share that with them. You don’t need both Zoom and KZbin. The most important thing is to make it clear for those 200 people that they know where to go for the training. Does this make sense?

Hi, Jin again. I created Kajabi live webinar with Zoom webinar link. So then I'll deliver my webinar by Zoom, right? When I created the funnel in Kajabi, the sales page and check out page are connected. Then my question is that in my live webinar, if I say "please click the button and join my course", there's no button on Zoom webinar screen? How do I ask my students to join my course while the live webinar is running? Thank you so much for your help.

Hey Jin, great work putting this all together. So in your live zoom webinar I would recommend that you spell out the sales page URL. Keep it really simple, for example “go to mybrand.com/join”. You could even create a QR code if you want to get a bit more fancy. Make sense? 🤓

Hey Alison, what a great question, thanks for asking. You can edit an already existing Kajabi funnel blueprint if you wish. The only drawback with this is that you won't see accurate analytics. Hope this makes sense.

How do you remove some of the emails?

Great question NurseAdrianeRN. Within the event, if you click on the email you want to delete and scroll to the footer of that email, you will see a "Delete Event Email" text in red.
