This is much more tricky than it looks. I purchased the half moon affinity. Be prepared for a good few hours of assembly, and someone who is strong and can help pull the braces into place. I didn't realise how complex it would be- for the money it should have been easier. Even the liner is tricky to put on the hooks. Looks nice when completed though!

exact same thing happened to me the crops bars are impossible to fit in

Hi the fixing of the bars is virtually impossible and this does actually show the lady actually fitting the bars - does anyone have any tips for this before I do a Basil Fawlty with this pond

make sure leg bars are in the groove on the top rail otherwise no chance - don't follow instruction to leave all loose and fasten most down and add a bit of gorilla tape to stop them bouncing out later on. cross brace bars fasten ok on bottom thin rail where the spreader plugs work but they wont work right on the thicker top bars - just grip to metal and don't spread right - should have been longer - shame on you Blagdon - metal tool is also crap mine bent vs plastic. assembled mine on my own on a bit of old carpet as underlay looked too thin and fragile and wanted to avoid scratching metalwork up.

It looks good in the end, but it wasn't easy to make up. Parts were not finished so I spent hours working why! they didn't work together. The youtube videos did not explain the problems that you may come across so you need to look at the reviews on line which do help you set this up and not the manual. Make sure you have the right holes in the right places when you put in the uprights as if you don't the holes for the side cross bars will not line up and you will need to drill your own or take it apart again.

Took about an hour to make up, was easier than I expected. One think I will say is there is like a plug pin an screws the screws go into the plug, directions dont tell you that. Other than that just follow instructions

Much harder putting top rails in than how shown on video ,Had to leave it for a while before o lose patience and throw it over the fence

Don't be taken in by this. It's not as easy as it looks, and certainly not a one person job. All was going well until it came to fitting the leg cross braces. No way is this as easy as it shows here. I managed to get three in. When I tried to get the fourth in, the keys started falling out in the braces that I had already fitted. Now two keys are missing and I have given up until I can get someone to help me.
