My pump and light have both stopped working . All plugs and fuses have been checked but still nothing. Is there a reset button on the unit somewhere. Thanks

Where does the transformer go, I’m talking about the AC adaptor. In water or out? And does it need to be covered from weather or is it fine? Help would be appreciated.

@@BlagdonWaterGardening This is seriously questionable. I have two of these the 300 and the 600 under the brand Pennington Aquadgarden 600. It is the sam exact product and there is absolutely no place to purchase replacement parts such as a new fountain part that got damaged. Please let me know where these items can be purchased!

Same ive only had my pond 3 years and im on pump/filter number 4 ive cleaned it every 2 weeks. Ive always bought the exact same filter that came with the pond as i cannot buy parts from anywhere, my most recent one was bought less then 5 months ago and its f***ed pointless buying another one now. Also the shop that sold it to me is now shutdown so i cant even take it back. These are a good idea but badly made.

Hi with the 3000 will it run a fountain and waterfall at the same time.also do you have dimensions for the pump please.

Hello Dean, the dimensions for the 3000 are: H20cm x W38cm x D41cm. The Inpond 5in1 2000 and 3000 are not really designed to run both. The 9000, however, is a 6in1 and is powerful enough to run a fountain and waterfall. The real question is what flow does your waterfall require and at what height. This will dictate the size of the pump that is needed to achieve the effect you require. I have had 2 if these pumps, and yes they are lovely and the pond was crystal clear but........the first one lasted just over a year , and the second one again just over a year.....dispointing .

Hello, If it is our smallest model, in order to turn it off permanently you will need to remove the lightbulb. However please ensure that you put everything back together so that it is still waterproof. Retain the bulb somewhere safe in case you want to put it back in the future.
