This was easy to set up and I'm perfectly happy with how big it is. kzbin.infoUgkxLQGtOO9dXIsNktEeycGoIT6jtJJNTScA The main front 2 windows are a nice addition with the quiet drop down or up hooks. The center is a zipper, and the outsides are Velcro, but in the center I can drop it to where I want it quietly. The side windows are Velcro, but I guess I get to see out and nothing can see in. To everyone complaining about the door, it's perfect. It's a quiet entry door. One snap buckle and 4 snap on pole ends. Plenty of room for my 12 Guage to maneuver around. I'm quite happy with it.

Hello all, Im late to the party here. I have an existing 8x4' blind built, sits on the ground up on a ledge. Thought it was great until I started thinking more and the wind is wrong. Id like it to still be in the air. Was wondering what your thoughts are if this build will support the weight of plywood walls and hunter/equipment. I could easily take my walls/roof down and mount legs to my existing floor. Should I be sinking the feet or doing some sort of bracing so a high wind wont move it?

Parts list is incorrect, List says that we need four 12 foot 4 x 4 posts but in the video you used 8 foot posts. Besides that it was a great video and I’m looking forward to building this for my pop-up, thank you.

How long are the legs i thought you said 8 foot but at the end on the parts list you list 2 12 foot 4×4

Yes you are correct. I’m sorry about that! The legs are 8’ tall, not 12’. Either would work! If you were looking to make it a little taller, you could use the 12’ legs! Just don’t forget to change your ladder height if you do that!👊🏼

That bracing won't last. Do yourself a favor now and move that outside brace to the inside (opposite side of the 4x4).

Are screws supposed to be used for framing? Thought nails were supposed to be used. Can anyone weigh in on this, please? I'm about to build one.

Screws are stronger than nails

Nails will bend over and over again and won’t break Screws will break if bent a couple times, but will grip better then regular nails

I would like one of these bearproof cuz, currently there are 5 bears in my village. 3 cubs, and 2 big fu*king bears. They're are at least a kilometer away but last week they killed 3-5 pigs, tbe village near me lost 1-5 goats and 1-5 sheep. These bears are fu*king annoying.
