For me, I was insecure about creating my own practice but I started doing freestyle movement to get comfortable in my body. This helped me. Also even creating just 3 asanas is ok. Even adding one more to it each day. Sometimes we (as Meghan mentioned) tend to complicate things and create a picture of how it "should" be or what it "should" look like instead of using intuitive movement in a personal practice. This has been my experience ~ Love and Many Blessings to Meghan and all those that visit this video 💗🙏🏼

Thank you for sharing. Meghan has helped me build my own practice. This was very hard for me and took many years to feel comfortable in my own body. Lots of love!

Love this!! So very deeply true, all of it. For me to find it today is perfect timing. I used to daily do my own organically created self practice and loved it. But perhaps I have felt too weak to impose the discipline for many consecutive moons now. Feels as though now I can take it back as my own again though. So appreciate hearing everything you said.

I have been working on building my own practice for so long and its been a slow trudge of building something on my own. Its been a slog. I have only made it to stretches and sometimes cannot make it to an hour. I also get stuck in the desire to create structure but i know thats a hill that I will get over if i keep persisting. Thank you for this video

I am very aware of and appreciate your technical perfection. I find it difficult to watch and absorb the verbal guidance simultaneously. What do you suggest is the optimal path of learning, and not in this order, to view and acclimate to the movements and then pay attention to the technical explanations? Does any of this make sense to you?

There is some extra layered audio around minute 6, before the end of the video?
