I wanted a sunscreen that offers high SPF and provides a glow. Riceberry sunscreen by littlellextra meets the same. It's super easy to apply and smooth like a cream. Lasts for a month on daily application. I have sensitive skin, and when I apply this, I do sometimes feel a little sting, but it's less severe than with other sunscreens I've used. It could also be due to my facewash drying out my skin. Overall, this is a good sunscreen.

Morning 6-8 max is the time I need to get exposed to sun for vitamin D3...... Beyond that you are exposed to UVA and UVB which damages your skin and maybe after 4 in the eveing ..... Are the only times when you can get exposed to sun without sunscreen and absorb vitamin D3

If you have oily skin go for dermaco oil free moisturiser, if not go with dot and key moisturiser. You cannot go wrong with both of them so dont worry and choose one.

Actually this is not a follow up video! The 2 min skin care routine and the 60 days review videos are already done. Those are my personal experience videos. This one is to generalise for the audience, thats why i cannot recommend retinoids in it. Iam still using it but not seeing any benefits lately propably dial it down in the nearby future!

Applying on thick beard doesnt do anything to the skin underneath it because most of the product will be over the hair, so its better leave the beard area while applying if you are keen on maintaining a beard.
