Your HQ 03:24 its perfect 😍, the folders are similar to what i have going on( i use onenote) only 10x better and well thought out. The checkpoints folder, i had to take a screen grab 💯love it. Plus the domains of order is interesting. I'll re-watch this before my march💐 planning session. Btw, I randomly found your book on Everand and was excited ☺to get started on it. I'm only a few pages in and already like your writing style and use of simple english.

Hi i bought your book. :) i honestly naturally get get organized. I love your videos but confused on what system i should have just notion. Or just akiflow or a combination. I am a mom and boutique owner and naturally really creative with a lot of ideas and to dos and want to eventually have employees however i do not have a great system. Do you have any advice?

KZbin Recommendation is insane; this is nearly the exact mishmash productivity system i am trying to build!! Thank you this has helped so much! although, i am trying to move from apple notes into capacities: would you consider building this system in capacities? I would be really interested in how you would go about structure on that app, because i am STUCK

Hey!! Yey! So glad you found the video! Hmm.. I have honestly never tried capacities. At the moment I am happy with apple notes so I don't think I'd be migrating any time soon. But hopefully this serves as inspo on how you can organize your system there!

How do you like using Akiflow over Sunsama?

I’m gonna be honest with you I prefer akiflow. The main difference for me is when using akiflow I can keep all of my tasks in akiflow because it has a nice interface to manage them (like inbox and labels), which I was never able you do with sunsama. I always used sunsama as a consolidation app but still kept my main todo list in todoist. Overall they’re both amazing apps, but to simplify my system I prefer akiflow. Hope this helped!

its just you are literally using two apps bc you need apple notes. Routine does all of this and has notes too.
