Impact on Mental Health: Low self-esteem is characterized by a lack of self-worth and self-respect. Individuals with low self-esteem often feel they have no importance and start degrading themselves. This mindset can lead to a disconnect from one's true self, resulting in various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and chronic stress.
The root causes of low self-esteem can be complex and multifaceted. They often include:

Ma'am I agree with all your points and I am implementing them with my son. But my husband has traditional approach. When I try to explain him.. he thinks all these talks are bookish or idealistic and not work in real world. I have failed to make him understand.. He thinks I and other members are pampering him and one should be strict... I tell him I follow my way.. I restrict him but my way is calmer.. He says it doesnt work

27:00,Mam you are absolutely right main apne baare main yehi sochti hun jabh sae papa ka transfer hua tha 2012 saee scene tabh saee , I can't trust anyone I was bullied child mam, don't know mujhae kuch achaa nhi lagta jabhi kisi bhi school kae bache ko dekhti hun sirf chest pain hota hain aisa lagta h kisi nae mere sine kae upper sae koi bhari saman rakh diya ho toh main dumbell rakh deti hun apne cheat parr toh halka mehsus hota h ...aur 6 july ko merre parents ki 25th anniversary h vahi old school kae teachers aayngae mujhae nhi milna unsae ...mam main kisi sae bhi baat karne sae pehle unki expire date likh deti hun itna din takh baat hogaa ....aur yahi hota h main dairy main bhi nhi likh sakti hunn family members main sae kisi sae padh liya or bola padhai main dhayan dohh ..... parents achae h par unsae kuch share nhi kar sakte .... I'm 20 years now but kuch karene kaa mann bhi nhi karta still my chest is paining while I'm writing this😢 What to doo .....
