Just rewatched this very closely and as far as i can tell its just the basic rebuild guide you see everywhere with a few extra precautions in order to help let the air bleed out like when setting up a water cooling loop for a pc build which ive done many times. The idea is that the oil is thicker than say the water or coolant in a pc so the bleeding will take longer and needs to be done more carefully, and i like that he points out to screw the top on at the horizontal angle to show that the air needs to escape that way which in theory makes sense but might still not be the best way to do it but otherwise i love the demo just wish the video quality wasnt so poor.

So if 2 Xray team drivers use this method that I know of and it works why doesn't Xray re write the instructions in the manual like this. Just spent a shit ton of time using their method in the manual and this was one shot and done.

messed around with the method in the manual and the result is two good dampers and two that needed a dabb more oil not to get an airpocket.

For what does it need to be 0 rebound?

For racing on carpet normally. They say that the less grip you have, the more rebound you need.
