This morning I ran 12kms in 1 hour and 37 minutes at an average heart rate of 135 929 calories burned. Slow and steady wins the race injury free. Fast and vigorous may crash and burnout or may finish however not very maintainable long term.

I burn around 1000 calories. 50 minutes running- avg speed 10 km/h with short sprint on speed of 12 and 14 km/h. three 2 minutes of cooling period where I walk on the speed of 4-5 km/h( I take depending when I need it) then 20 minutes of walking on inclination starting from 8 degrees to 20 degrees, avg speed 5 km/h

This is impossible. Your running 6 miles 100 push ups 100 sit ups in 30 min. Thats like a 4 min mile. I don’t think anyone in the world can do six 4 min mile. And have enough time to do the other exercises.

That workout would be highly improbable. 100 push-ups, 100 situps, and 100 squats would take even the fittest person 15min. But, to back that up with a 6 mile run in the remaining 15mins would be better than a 3 min miles, which is impossible. That said, even if it took you an hour to do this it would be a good change-up workout.

hmm... if u jogging in faster pace in 30 mins non stops u ll only get 400-450 calories. If u do so hard in HIIT I think 500 calorie max. I dont think 850 cal is possible. I did run 1 hours 20 minutes for burning 800+ calories

I dunno. Sometimes one has to fall and learn for themselves. And one really has to WANT it. I almost got to the point of no return, now I am getting addicted to feeling the burn, and find myself getting up and doing exercise a lot, and a few minutes later I just have to get back up and exercise again. The moment someone is FORCED to eat a certain way, the unhealthy foods become a forbidden fruit. I learned far more during the almost 5 years I've been independent so far than the almost 10 years I had restrictions.
