Leo so glad I found your videos my guy! You have taught me so much over the past few weeks. I currently work for a DME company and am looking into buying a mom and pop DME company who has been in business for 15 years local to me with my 5 years experience at my current employer. Me and my best friend have a small rental house we just purchased with a HELOC we have going and own our homes but I dont have much equity in my house yet. I am curious if the SBA route would be an option we should look into for a 300k business as our first business venture? Thanks for all you do!
