I want carpets How to deliver to India
@christinejones41498 жыл бұрын
Christina, Ali told me "someone" would be in touch. I was so worried I emailed him before I even got home and he said I insulted him with my "scam accusations". I had several email exchanges with him and instead of cancelling my credit card, I trusted him. At least the carpets arrived, but no certificates, and never another word. I emailed many more times but never received a reply. One customer in the UK several years ago even tried to get a lawyer involved. Several have been to the Aust. Embassy but to no avail. Ali and his daughter have been conning people for several years. Maybe he's genuine ocassionally, but it was plain stupidity on my part to get sucked in. I really didn't want a carpet, I'm sure there was something in the apple tea!!!!!!

Christina, I wrote a comment to your video on Caravan Carpets but I don't know where it's gone. Please don't support this shop, he is a "rip off" merchant of the highest degree. Check him out on Trip Advisor,. I don't know why he can't be shut down. I am writing from personal experience. I'm ashamed I could be so dumb. Please check out thoroughly your carpet shops.

double knotted is more durable ? Hyperbole, also known as 🐂 excrement. putting down someone else and their product is not an ethical or believable selling technique .

very poor how he slashes others and celebrates the turkish "higher and higher" A turkish carpet does not last longer as an iranian one.

My friend how can you tell that your carpet is stronger than Persian carpets!!!!? You can for sure compare your carpets with some other countries, but never ever making mistake of comparing your carpets with the best highest quality of carpets in the world, i mean Iranian( Persian) carpets. Thanks
@hishamosman43413 жыл бұрын
In terms of built quality, both Turkish and Persian rugs are to me equal. Don't forget Kashmir and Uzbek rugs are great too. It is true that Turkish rugs are double knotted. Persian rugs also have the same technique but only in selected regions, like Bijar reason. Majority of Persian rugs are indeed single knotted but that doesn't mean its inferior! No...not at all. I find in the design features it varies slightly to their Turkish counterparts because in Iran they have more regions and tribes. Pay attention to these regions as they produce magnificent creations : region like Qom, Nain, Isfahan, Bijar, Tabriz,Ardabil, Hamadan,Mashad are among the regions to name a few that creates different patterns. Go to bazaars as all village weavers sell their created rugs to the shops there. Try to avoid middlemen unless you don't have a choice as they mark up about 30% in general. Turkish rugs to go for are definitely the Hereke rugs anf those from Ushak and Capadochia region. Get from any of these 3 places and you'll never go wrong. In truth, any handwoven carpet comes with natural dyes and they will last forever. Chemical machine made carpets will fade over time and once you start sending them for washing 2-3 times, the colour degredation becomes obvious

@@hishamosman4341 I guess that you need to start learning about carpets my friend. Here are some points for you: 1. Iran is a very big country and it has a wide variety of handmade carpets in every part of it. It has different types of techniques and design. The first carpet in the world was produced in Iran and then after centuries the other countries learned from them how to produce them. 2. Carpets produced in Iran are the best because of the high techniques and using natural dyes which all of them can not be found in any country in the world except Iran like Saffron color. 3. The culture of Iranians is pretty rich and people and shops are totally friendly. So, it is not like the cities of Capadocia who are importing rugs from Iran and selling them 6 to 8 times more expensive to tourists. It has been hundred thousands of people around the world who has been complaining about buying things in Turkey. ( the people are friendly in Turkey, but i don' know why shops are doing this!!!!!! ) . They are damaging the good behavior of people. 4. The best customer of Persian carpets are from those countries which are carpet producers themselves like Turkey, Tunisia, Moracco and so on. Because they know the big gap in qualities. 5. Please go to Iran and visit shops and people. Try to make business with them and you will be surprised how fair and lovely they they are. 6. I love Turkey and the people there. I have good friends there. It is a pleasure of meeting your country again my friend. I wish that you and other people of the world can visit Iran and enjoy of their travel. I wish you success, happiness and health. With best regards

@@hamidnazarzadeh8054 Thank you for the advice Brother Hamid. Honestly, I love Persian carpets. Only that in Malaysia, the prices of Persian carpets is like gold, too expensive. Granted probable the carpet itself has to go through so many middlemen. By the time it gets to Malaysia, the original price from Iran may have inflated over 200-300%. Just to share an example of how much a 8ft x 11ft Bijar or Kashan carpet cost here is around MYR 20-25,000!. Some shops even higher. Yes, I would love to visit Iran one day, Insya Allah, not only for carpets but to visit the country. I don't know why or how this Sunni/ Shiah thing comes about? But at the end of the day, we are all Muslims, we are Brothers and submit to only only creator, which is Allah SWT. Take care and stay safe
