Hey Kyle I'm a 30+ years now living in beautiful Alberta and although I grew up on a huge ranch smack in the middle of thr province literally on the border and center of AB, can you guess what city I'm talking about? I was actually hoping you might have video done on Grande Prairie, Alberta? Just going off a few quick thoughts no evidence to prove but I'm thinking maybe GP is the Northern AB version of Red Deer? Just on what I know from last time I was in Red Deer about 5-7 yrs ago its similar in comparison in size? I could be wrong but I'm really hoping you could do some videos on Grande Prairie Alberta we are considering buying a property in the next 6-12 months and would prefer to stay in northern AB but would love a deep dive on the city from someone with good insights. Btw we might be ur next real estate customer. Sorry for thr rambles

Hi there thanks for the comment! Grand prairie is a bit far for me to do a video. It’s about 6 hours north of here.its a fair bit smaller then red deer by about 40k.

I think I'm definitely moving, someone literally tried to climb through my patio door at 10:30 am broad daylight with a knife but I think he got spooked when he seen someone was actually home but how stupid do you have to be to walk up and try to break into someone's house middle of the day. Actually happened to a good friends neighbor last year and the lady almost didn't make it, same thing alone middle of morning. Grande Prairie has been home for 15 years but it's getting worse but you can fly round trip from GP to Calgary for $300 at least that's what the cost was last month when we got surprise tickets to visit family down there,if you make it down here track me down and I can show you some pretty interesting things out either the front street or that forbidden back ally,plus I know all the spots to avoid or go to if your not big chicken like me.Ahlas my new Alberta possible KZbin pen pal forgot to try to guess that border town/city in the middle of Alberta, I figured you would have it in a heartbeat not too many of them but it's tricky 😉 hope to chat soon 😃
