Sir , apki age kitni hai ,mujhe lagta hai lagbhag 40 ki hogi or app 20 saal baad ghar lene wale ho matlab 60 ki age mein, fir retirement ki age mein khud ka makan logey to kis k liye le rahe ho .Koi Logic hi nahi balki abhi lo ,Rent ka emi me dalo extra paise Part payment krte raho ,Own house ka ek alag hi mazza hai , Nothing is permanent here.1000 years ki life toh nahi hai ,Ye bus mera opinion hai !! I respect your opinion but Mai Aisa sochta hu ki Mai kyu EMI ka jhanjhat shuru Karu, mainly jab mere paas backup nahi hai, if I miss any 3 consecutive installments of EMIs, it will lead to a very big trouble for my family, instead I will invest same in SIP, in case if I have any problem I can pause my SIPs, but EMI is an agreement with the bank which cannot be broken, hence always live stressful life and buy a home atleast in your 50s or 60s to just enjoy your retirement with a good Corpus and a handsome pension every month
