Since Mercari is linked to zenmarket, I wonder if there’s a way to tell them to send over any additional items that happen to be in the og packaging (thank you notes, etc.)

Thank you for this information, I’ve looked everywhere and I couldn’t find anything about zen market in regards of shipping. Have you ever ordered through surface mail? I know it takes a long time but I want to save on shipping cost.

Yeah surface mail can save a lot sometimes, ive used it a few times and haven't had any issues. Tracking will show when it leaves japan and then it won't have any updates for months until it arrives to your country

*I have a question, were you charged customs when your package arrived? Do you by any chance know if they charge customs to the United States? In my case I bought 8 figures from ZENMARKET but I don't know whether to send them all together or in 2 parts due to customs issues.*

Not for this box, they've only charged me twice out of the like 30 packages ive ordered from them. One of the times it was a $57 charge for a big box with over $1,000 worth of stuff in it and the other time i was charged $2 for a smaller box with like $180 worth of stuff in it. So im not sure what triggers it or if its just random

Just one thing, I've read articles and comments from people that fromjapan proxy server is way cheaper than zenmarket and it doesn't have a deposit fee unlike at zenmarket when you charge your fund and also zenmarket's deposit fee isn't 3.5% but higher too. What are your thoughts about fromjapan proxy server?

Zenmarket is the only proxy I've used, I have heard of others like fromjapan and buyee but haven't really researched them too much

It really depends on what you’re buying, how many you’re buying, and where you live. Some folks have a go-to proxy (zenmarket for this example), but use others if buying a certain item is cheaper there or if their shipping options were best in that instance, etc.

hey, so once the status says "packing complete. awaiting payment." click on "edit or cancel" then "change delivery method" and that's where it will show what other options there are. if you already did that then I'm not sure why it isn't showing any other options

Yeah once they are all at warehouse you can choose which ones you want to be shipped together on the create new parcel page
