This helped a lot. I do not want to get lost and keep asking because I am an introvert so having to ask for help is a cringefest but I have no problem with speaking in Japanese. Btw this looks like a one-way ticket only. If it's a round-trip, will the ticket get shredded too or does it have a different system at your first exit? Thanks again for the video.

Hi, yes, this is a one-way ticket, but we didn't buy any round trip tickets via this machine, so sorry we are unable to assist on that.

actually, the most efficient way is to get the IC card to tap at the gantry.
