Kids these days honestly don't know how good they have it. Back in my day we just bought the cheapest shit we could find on ebay then spent hours hacking at it when it inevitably didn't fit.

Is there some way I can request parts for my motorcycle model if it isn't listed? I'm a car guy, motorcycles are new to me. Finding parts anywhere has been impossible. I just don't know the most reputable places to look. I have a 1978 Honda XL350.

Feel free to reach out to our Customer Service teams to see if they can have a part added for you. Our access only goes so far back and the 70's might be outside of that range, but we are happy to check for you and see!

How can I buy a crate motorcycle that I put together? by-passing the dealers. asking b/c upon examination of a brand new bike, I realize that the person who put mine together didn't do a good job.

Do you have for honda xrm?

I was a mechanic using the original slides. We pronounced them micro fish. Different regions pronounce them differently I guess. Now a days we call them IPD’s or illustrated parts diagrams.
@John_Ridley4 жыл бұрын
The original term was microfiche. "Fiche" is french for a small card. microfiche were (as I'm sure you know) index card sized bits of plastic film stock that had the original large manuals photographed onto them.
@Mytwistedvoices4 жыл бұрын
@@John_Ridley I am so old I used actual device. The hanger I first worked in accepted the word "fish". This must have been regional because other places across the tri-state used it. For giggles I KZbind it. It is fish. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpXRgHh4oaaCnck
@John_Ridley4 жыл бұрын
@@Mytwistedvoices I used them too, in fact I worked at a place that had a microfiche printer (acted like a printer, printed directly to fiche, however many pages to a little sheet). The devices definitely were called microfiche readers by the manufacturers, not microfish readers. I'm sure they got called fish by some people but they were never actually called that.
@juancarlosrestrepo46804 жыл бұрын
John Ridley. I fully agree. It is called Micro Fiche. The fact that many people don’t know how to spell the word properly doesn’t make their version the correct spelling. Besides what would small fish have to do with this?

does your website have some underbone parts (asian motorcycle)? if not what websites you guys recommend?
@RevZilla4 жыл бұрын
Underbones aren't really sold here in the United States, so there isn't a market or distribution channel here for those parts. Unfortunately, we don't know any good sites out there for underbones. -DrewZilla

Hey guys. I have a quick question: If I replace my OEM exhaust with an aftermarket one, do I have to do any tinkering with the ECU? I heard that I need to do an ECU flash and a bunch of other adjustments that costs a lot of money to get the bike running correctly. Thanks again for everything.
@RevZilla4 жыл бұрын
If just installing a slip-on, you can keep the ECU stock. If you install a full-system exhaust (new muffler AND headers), then you generally need to flash the ECU or install a fuel tuner (e.g. Power Commander). An exception is an Akrapovic full exhaust, which can be run with the stock ECU fuel map. -DrewZilla *www.revzilla.com/motorcycle-exhaust *www.revzilla.com/akrapovic-exhaust *www.revzilla.com/common-tread/motorcycle-exhaust-101

Some bikes run a little worse without a tune when you put even just a slip on exhaust on like some zx6r models won’t run right of you remove stock muffler without a tune

It says the part cannot be shipped to australia due to restrictions
@RevZilla3 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately we are unable to export OEM parts, as part of our agreement with the manufacturers to carry their products. That said, we will gladly accept orders with an International billing address that are shipped within the US if you have someone who can receive your package for you. Additionally, there are third party shipping services which can provide you with a US address we can ship to. This service will then forward the package to you abroad. Two companies our customers have had success with in the past are MyUS.com and Aramex. -Zack
