Do they really ask for a 25000 php transfer fee? Isn't that too expesive?

Not sure with the transfer fee. What I know is they charge reservation fee of P25K which will form part of your total payment

Pag cash naman po sir, Wala naman masyadong hinihingi kundi proof of your identity and your source of funds lamang.
