I followed this method with a $500.00 purchase. After all the fees and the waiting time to be able to transfer to Safemoon, not to mention the numerous failures on pancake swap, I ended up with $367 worth of safe moon. There are things that are not explained well about pancakeswap (which is garbage by the way) that end up in your transactions failing. 12% slippage was not enough, my transaction failed again and again and cost me a lot of fees as they are charged if the transaction fails or not, not to mention the decline in BNB price while I was waiting to see if they fail or not. Ultimately I ended up with it at 20% slippage with 30 min time settings. As this is purely a bet on Red Gamble for me I will deal with it but $133.00 in fees\loss just to place your bet...This is no means a guide for a beginner who has only used Coinbase before.

I ran into the same problem, later on I found out that my Chase Debit card and credit cards decline the transections multiple times.... Try to buy BNB from binance.us first (if you have binance... you can do checking transfer from your bank instead of using debit card or credit card) then sent the BNB coin to Trust wallet (don't type anything on the memo, otherwise it won't recognized the destination address)

Oh yeah that looked easy peasy. Whaaaaat? By the way, every time you swapped your crypto over from one wallet to another and from Binance to the other binance to whatever is a tax reportable event. Doesn't matter if there is no capital gain you still need to write each transfer down and how much gain there was or wasn't. That's about 4 or 5 reportable transactions just in this video. Plus all the fees of course.
