You can also sell a partial note… for ex= sell 10 years of a 30 year note for a certain amount. Mind blown😮

Man, this stuff is so cool ... I know a couple of "notes guys", and like Pace said, you'd never know these guys were crushing it just meeting them. No one in the notes world ever talks about it. Maybe here and there in the corner of the room at your local bingo hall or parcheesi meet-up, but that's it. The whole notes industry is like this super secret underground world within real estate that most people IN REAL ESTATE don't even know exists. It's like the Illuminati of the real estate world. 😂 Great video guys, as always!

If you using seller financing and create a 2% interest 30 years note then who would buy it if they can just buy US treasury notes and get 5% interest. Basically the big banks only buy high interest note than current interest rate

I love all these long videos, I have listened to this entire playlist over the last few days. I am currently in college and want to get into real estate. This is helping so much, but I am realizing that there is an endless amount of things to learn. My goal right now is to buy a house in my college town to live in and rent out rooms to other students, and then continue to rent it to students even once I move out. I am thinking I should do seller finance, and since there is not many homes for sale in the area right now (especially in my price range), I am trying my hand at sending letters to off market absentee owners. What are y'alls thoughts on all of this?
