@@aaronlewis2772 every country that has a sale, if they have liens left over you could purchase those over-the-counter you’re gonna need exactly the same information. I just talked about the video. Once you have that you’ll know when those are available.

What if I don't want to register as a bidder? If you're looking at OTC sales, does it really matter when they're having their sales? Doesn't OTC mean that they didn't sell at auction? You said nothing at all about OTC sales. Nothing. Frustrating.

@@Dive-Deeper I think you need to start at the beginning videos. I walked through this extensively and it doesn’t matter when you buy tax certificate. You’re gonna have to have a registered bitter number. Not sure how you’re gonna buy liens in deed without registering? If you have a method, let me know.

@@saenhiggins Sorry, my understanding was that for OTC liens/deeds there's no registering for the purpose of bidding needed, since these properties did not sell at auction. I assumed, if you're not bidding, but just buying what's left over, then why register? Thank you for your response.

@@tamerasmith4617 All liens (and deeds) must go to sale BEFORE it goes to over the counter. A lien or deed cannot be purchased “OTC” Unless it has gone to sale…

@@familyman8439 not true… but there are 50 States… Follow my method, and it is not go to one state.. if your duck hunting… go where the ducks are!! ❤️
