The cotton section is called a "gusset". It is there for the option for not wearing a panty underneath, hence panty-hose. Calzadonia are known to fit smaller than falke. Also Falke has more generous sizing options with the largest being a "real" xxl. Nice & thorough review!!

Personally, I’m obsessed with Wolford tights and I barely ever buy anything else! I have a couple from falke but I feel they have a smaller selection of tights! I literally have 2 pairs from calzedonia and they’re both patterned but I do think the price vs quality is very good! I love the wool tights you have shown though! I might have to get a pair 😍💗

I got to try the Falke Marino ! I ran across them at a place called her room ! Right now they have them for 25% off the regular price. The regular is $73.00 a pair normal price . I can get them for $54.00 a pair right now !

Hello Love...if you take a look Calzedonia has a foot section as well. When you pulled on the Calzedonia tights at 11:41 you can see the heel. I love love both brands. Since Calzedonia usually does not put a tag in their hosiery to show the direction you have to look at your Calzedonias after a wash to see the feet to know which way to put them on. The thing at 11:54 is called a gusset.

Hello there ! I’m new here .😊 good video & very informative! Yes your 💯% spot on about price points between both brands . I’ve got some Falke . Falke can get $$$ depending on what you want & get . I’ve thought about giving Calzedonia a try . I’ve never tried there’s . I’ve noticed they are reasonably priced . If I decide to try them. I’d buy two pairs . They offer them different colors which is a good thing . Sometimes need to think outside the traditional black. It all depends on what you. Are going to wear. .I have a black plain pleated skirt . I’d say gray would look sharp with it or red or a plum color or a hunter green . Your right about the Falke tights ! Falke does offer a lot of different styles & choices. They are a good brand . Yes you’ll pay a bit more but you get what you pay for. You are right about sizing that’s key ! I have (3) pairs of Wolford tights . Which are decent. I’ll have to try the Falke Merino wool . Based on from what was said . Perfect for those cool - early spring months. ! I just signed up for the news letter from both Falke & Calzedonia ! Both have good reviews. I’m in Ohio & the weather can be unpredictable it pays. To have a good pair that’s going to last & look fashionable & stylish & keep your legs warm . During the cooler - the coldest months. Falke sent Me a offer for 10% off My first purchase! I know it’s not much but. Might as well go & use it .also to make your tight last longer I’d recommend getting a Intimate wash bag or use a pillow case. If you have to machine wash them . It’s best to wash them by hand. I thought I’d throw that tip out there !

I've never heard of Falke before, it looks nice 🤩 Calzedonia's a staple in Spain, it's been here forever and it's everywhere haha I think the thinner tights do have the form of the foot whereas the thicker ones don't, my favourite are the thin push-up ones 😊

I am satisfied with their products, too. I was in a I-can't-take-jeans-no-more phase, which I never came out of, bought their leggings and kept coming back since. I like their designs and how the leggings fit (I'm small and around 60 kgs). However one pair DID rip very quickly, which shouldn't happen for a pricier product. I will see how the quality gets moving forward, but so far it's ok. If leggings are practically a foundational pillar of your wardrobe, you don't mind paying a bit more lol :D
