How to bypass a ballast with LED tubes

With wiring the fixture this way; what type bulb to I need to buy? Is it a double end style? Thanks

You'd need B type or hybrid. Bulb manufacturers give wiring diagrams that are possible. You can use shunted or non shunted tombstones. If you use non shunted you will shunt them externally by adding 2 pigtails or by adding a jumper. If you wire single sided you must use non shunted tombstones or the the neutral and live will be shorted.

Sorry to hear that - Did you get it working. Are you using GoodBulb LEDs? Some of the box store bulbs are just bad.
