OKAY, I tried it for the iPhone I bought secondhand. I paid for it for around $65Cad I did all the steps and instructions but it's telling me that before the app bypass locked to the owner the iPhone should jailbreak first but jailbreaking the iPhone still requires the username Icloud and the password.
