Note: you want to turn on safe mode before leaving troubleshoot, to go on safe mode, you go on troubleshoot > advanced settings > startup settings, if you don't do this then the command prompt won't work ps: please pin this, this is important advice

I've done it. I've finally done it. I've figured out how to bypass the time to take a break window. Usually, you can't alt F4, or stop the process by any means. But I figured out how. 1. Restart your PC into your BIOS or boot manager, wherever you can edit the date and time. 2. Set the date to 12/31/2099 and the time to 23:59:00. I don't know why, but the year 2100 breaks a lot of stuff. 3. Continue and log in, and just wait. thats it. took me months to figure it out. enjoy :)

If you have problems getting admin and your pc is set to a language other than english, you have to write administrators in the language your pc is set to.

This is an extremely bullet proof method of doing this, however, ive seen some operating systems not allow the recovery command prompt and needing a password. This doesnt not notify your parents as i was using a rendition of this method when i knew the parents password. However, i am curious on to how to turn the microsoft safety back on to log time without shutting my computer down and turning it back on.

FYI: this isn't a silenced method, a parent will notice that they will have their child's user removed. second of all if the family is restricted enough to only the administrator's control, there is a chance that they will notice that you managed to bypass their settings, and this is from experience between me and my father.
