Very unfortunate that this was happened. In this case where no income person met with accident Minimum wages which were at the time of accident will be applicable. With increase of 40% future in the income while calculating compensation for disability, as an example if I take minimum wage @rs 8000 PM the amount under disability tentative would be rs 5,32,000/- and rs 10 lakh medical expenses as stated, future medical expenses subject to prove by doctor or hospital estimate + other heads like loss of marriage prospectus, loss of study if any fees paid gone, pain and suffering attended charges , diet and loss of amenities of life Time is depend on court to court basis and evidence you have to adduced, normally compensation cases are not taking too much time, however amount of compensation depends on facts and circumstances of each case

You can try to provide as much as documents to prove the income , if there is no proof court can take minimum wage, but if you also prove the education qualification and GST number of the firm and if after death business was closed you can prove that business was closed the court may take higher income
