I could be wrong but I think it’s always going to be different depending on what we are going through such as stress so as long as you keep track of the first day of your period then that’s where you do the math all over again and look at your window for most fertile. Like she said, The important part is only the day your period begins so look at your span of days from your previous day 1 of bleeding and do the math for the coming up cycle. I want to say it’s just prediction.

Do not use calendar method. It will not be accurate. Use a basal thermometer to track your ovulation instead.

I’ve used this method over 13 years. It worked to conceive my daughter (immediately) & has worked for the past 12 years to avoid pregnancy. I’m TTC again, so I’m confident it will work again. Trying for June conception! 😊 This method ONLY WORKS for women with REGULAR CYCLES. If your cycle is irregular (you skip periods or have periods randomly), it will NOT be accurate. You should use a basal thermometer instead. Baby dust to those TTC!

his method doesn’t allow for actually observing the body such as cervical mucus. It also means that you have to know when your cycle ends and do all women have exactly the same length every month? I know I don’t. Sometimes I will have 4 cycles that are 28 days, then it will go to 32, then it will drop to 24 and it’s all occurring based on the moons. This means that my ovulation changes too so I was hoping this video would tell me about the signs to check for… I don’t think simply saying “science says” is enough but that’s why she puts the extra days on. Learning the body is the best way imo.
