Hey! I've definitely noticed you're ongoing support on our channel. I'm so glad you enjoy our videos! One of the cool things about the Latin American cuisine types is that customers love to pair their meals with drinks they may not typically get at an American food spot. Drinks are often times really cost effective and don't require a lot of time by your staff to prepare. I see that you already offer maracuya and chicha rosada. Try adding more drink options that could appeal to people who may prefer other flavors. You could also try low cost appetizers/side like a peruvian take on loaded fries, plain fries, chips and salsa, and nachos.

Home Slice Pizzeria Raymond, WA!!!!! Epic video. Thank you!
@owner-com25 күн бұрын
Hey Jennifer! I scrolled through your website and I saw that you offer online ordering, but your ordering platform is detached from your main website. I would recommend a landing page on your primary domain to house your ordering platform so that your online transactions are associated with and credited to your restaurant. This can really improve your search visibility because search engines love to recommend restaurants to people who they know will create a paying customer. I would also recommend using some keywords like “best pizza in Raymond” to appeal to popular search terms in your cuisine type and location. Thank you for supporting our channel. If you’re interested in seeing how the Owner platform takes care of a lot of these things for pizza places like yours, feel free to head to our website and sign up for a free demo at Owner.com.

@owner-com18 күн бұрын
Hey Joe! I love to hear that you’re always looking to learn something new. The world and how people interact with businesses is always changing so keeping up with these changes will help you stay ahead of the game! I navigated to your website to look at your menu and it looks like you have a pretty solid menu in place that aligns well with the pizza cuisine type. However, I would recommend modernizing your website a bit. Your website currently has a focus on text which actually deters people rather than attract them. I would recommend that you include high-quality images of your most popular food items on your website’s main landing page. Putting photos right in front of somebody as soon as they land on your website will help you capture their attention quickly and also answer questions they likely have about what you offer and what they can expect from your restaurant. Thank you for watching!

i love your video but i have one feedback. i only jot down my thoughts because i really love the sbject matter. the topic is super exciting but using a camera b for a one-person youtube video is a little unnerving. The camera A (talking head) and the camera b (side angle) are also in different frame and in different distances from the camera which hinder seamless experience. It felt imposed. also takes away my attention from the topic several time and i had to adjust my attention serveral times. besides that technical issue, great great discussion!

How can I price menu items if I don't know the cost of each
@owner-com7 ай бұрын
Hello! There are a few ways to go about this,]. Try measuring out your recipes an getting an idea of how much you're spending for each item. If you offer a chicken wrap with 4 oz of chicken and you buy chicken breast for $4 per pound, then you know you used $1 dollar worth of chicken for one wrap. Repeat that process for the other ingredients in the dish along with other costs to find your cost per dish. There are several recipe cost calculators online that can help you do this.

Hello! When starting something new, I suggest asking yourself three things: is there a desire for what I want to offer in my area or do I already have competitors? Who does my concept attract the most and how do I make my brand appeal to this crowd? What are the logistics of my cuisine type when it comes to profit margins, space needed to prepare and serve dishes, and what costs do I need to consider? These questions can be a great step 1 as you work on configuring the rest of your business plan. Good luck!

Hey Adam! It looks like you have boba as the forefront of your store. A lot of boba concepts choose to add sweet options as well that are cheap to make such as dessert waffles. From what I can see, you don't offer any slush. Slushes are very common in boba concepts and low cost to make. Since they are popular in boba stores, you may find that you can attract new customers or can upsell customers by adding it as an additional item.

People chasing status, buy premium. People chasing wealth, buy value. Almost every financial planner targets eating out for budget savings when looking at disposable income meaning you are competing for these $'s. Pricing must be fair (not the highest, not the lowest) and, food quality good to be sustainable regardless of high or low end of the cost model.

Hi! I’m happy to take a look at your restaurant. Form what I see online, you don’t currently offer appetizers or desserts. For your cuisine type, I would recommend adding items like onion rings, crisps, and basic milkshakes to your lineup. Onion rings and crisps are cheap but easy add-ons and milkshakes are a classic pairing to a burger and an easy upsell.

Hey Carlos! Your menu has some great low cost options already. Chips and dip are a great side item to use in Mexican cuisines since they are low cost. Try adding a chips and salsa pairing. Its one of the lowest cost chip/dip pairs and a staple that most people think of when they want Mexican food! You can also try more adding dishes that include rice and and bean plus a cheaper staple item like chilaquiles or basic fajitas (veggies and flank steak) Increasing your range of aguas frescas may be helpful for you too.

Hey Angie! Thank you for watching and dropping a comment. I found your restaurant on Google, but it looks like you do not have a website. Websites are a really big and important way to build your search engine optimization and capture the attention of people in your area. Include keywords on your site to help you appear as a top result when people in your city are searching for Caribbean food. For you, this could be something like “best Caribbean food in Stayner” or “best jerk chicken in Stayner.” When you create your website, be sure to link it to your Google listing.

I looked at your menu and I’d recommend food items like flautas or chilaquiles. Both items are easy to make and do not require other ingredients than what you already have on your menu. Upselling through chips and salsa, chips and queso, and chips and guac can also go a long way. Thank you for watching and commenting!
