I’ve been following both of you gentlemen for about a decade now (since I was about 18 😅)You’ve both helped me in ways I can’t even begin to describe. I now run my own business and have curated a niche following over the years and passed on some of your wisdom to my Mongolian audience. Thank you Tim and Noah! Also, Noah’s experience in interviewing people with genuine curiosity got Tim spilling gold even though Noah is the guest which I loved.

I like listening to Naoh Kagan more than to Alex Hormozi, because Noah is so much more relatable. Have been listening to Noah since the early days. And he's never developed an ego, yet always comes with fire advice! Alex Hormozi is great in his own rigth, but he is doesn't very well rounded nor hapy. It's all business all, all the time, for the sake of it. That's fine, but not for everyone.

Not only does it reveal your commitment to showcasing the best version of your guests, but it also demonstrates Noah's admirable handling of feedback. Kudos to both of you for keeping it real and making the content even more authentic!

Noah's journey from Facebook to creating multiple million-dollar businesses is super inspiring. One key takeaway for entrepreneurs is the importance of validating your business idea quickly and cost-effectively through tools like Google Ads or Facebook Ads by testing different value propositions before fully committing to the product development. It's a game-changer strategy that can save you time and resources in the long run. Good talk

Then, I decided to finish it up at home on KZbin because I was just chilling and wanted to see what was happening visually. I will say though KZbin includes less loyal fans and all algorithms, so stay true to what you do but your true fans won't be on KZbin as much.

This conversation was awesome. I'll be honest that I was a bit skeptical because of the length, but the whole thing delivered. Somewhere around hour 3 I had a real unlock, where Noah was talking about asking for the sale. I realized that, even though my companies have done millions in revenue in the last number of years, I'm often not asking for the sale when I should be. I'm not working my way down the value chain to get the first dollar, but I should be. So, I got a ton of value from this even though I'm an experienced entrepreneur! Thanks Tim and Noah for the great conversation and all the value you put out.

I never met somebody being so excited about Austin except for the cost if living. It is okay if you are trying to convince yourself but the numbers and qualitative analysis don’t say so. Growing from 0 to 1 would be a 100% growth but it doesn’t depict the real picture! The challenge for the audience is to understand how living in Austin helped you to be more successful (concrete examples and ROIs). If he is just a point of view, thanks for sharing! ❤

Tim, I just got to 1:39:54 where you just finished a sort of monologue which had me thinking deeply apt how I want to build. You mention documentaries of people who have gone the unorthodox route. I would love to watch some of those because I am constantly battling the deep desires to get there already and offering the world something more unorthodox which may take more time. I would love to create my business from being me but I feel the urge to conform so I up the chances of success. It’s a frustrating position and I wonder if the documentaries would offer me some solace and direction. I deeply appreciate your work and always feel inspired and thoughtful after I’ve witnessed your power.

the "There are no solutions. There are only trade-offs." quote which Tim referenced is from Thomas Sowell.
