@shafatahsan9799 mostly your joining date will start from the day you signed the offer letter of MOL. However, the court can consider the actul joining date as well if proved depends on court decision

unpaid leave will not be taken in the calculations, which means the number of days taken as unpaid leaves will not be added to their length of service.
