In 9:35 why not it is triangle, As you said sum of two side is greater than 3rd side. So, a+b>c will satisfy here, a=5, b=10, c=3. So (5+10=15)i.e., greater than 'c' . So its a triangle..

Sir, How can we know that the quadrilateral is cyclic or not, because the formula you describe is given by Mathematician "BRAMHAGUPT" for both type of quadrilateral, cyclic and noncyclic, but in this case formula used by you is for a cyclic quadrilateral and result given by your software is for a cyclic quadrilateral.

This is the correct formula. There cannot be two answers. Only one correct answer. It is upto you to convince. However since your uncle should have bought the property using some other area calculation formula he will feel shocked at your answer. It is high time we educate them.

Sir please tell in AUTOCAD ,how to divide and show any irregular area into two equal parts in terms of areas in AutoCAD ? For eg: from above video Total area of plot is 3739.794 Sq.ft ,dividing in two equal area horizontally or vertically to the plot size ,area will be 1869.897sq.ft each. So my question is where exactly that line will be drawn for that above same plot in AutoCAD so that two plot formed will have same exact areas irrespect to its shape? Sir please tell!

No. Its ok if you have on angle equals to 90Degree. If there is no 90 deg then pythagoreans theorem can not be used. However still using other laws like like of cosin and law sin, you can calculate the diagonal

in heron's formula the area is prescribed by 4 sides and 1 diagonal( used for both) but in the usual method it is only prescribed totally by the 4 sides, what happened to the second diagonal? if the diagonals are like 5ft and 10ft using only the 10ft one will definitely be larger than using the 5ft one so wouldn't the average of diagonals work more, or in other words herons formula should only work with squares and rectangles (having same diagonals)

I am sorry to say nobody is telling how to calculate the plot area of the field which is a Quadrilateral in shape having all four sides unequal , measurement of none of the angles is known and measurement of diagonals is also unknown. Kindly suggest foolproof formula or method of determining AREA=? It is the case of problem in field not of classroom no assumptions allowed no copy-paper work of drawing diagonal or perpendicular is possible in field. Only dimension of four sides (unequal ) is known none of the angles is known.
