My problem is why the landed costs are not added into the product cost... If cost without landings is 100, after configuring landings is still 100. The cost of the product should update according to the landed costs, but it's not.

the costing method might be FIFO in your case. For the FIFO method in Odoo 16, the cost will update only after the product is sold out.
