in a multistep route, in the "pull from" rule, does that search all sub-locations for the component?

That's nice and all, but how does one go about splitting the manufacturing assembly process into 2 or 3 steps with different people performing those steps?

you had one unit on hand before the fabrication and it should have been 2 units on hands on hand at the end.
