I think, measure the amount of content the soap mould can take by putting it on a scale and pouring water/oil into it. Atleast this is what I did.

Hi! Can I ask a silly question. When I mix say 1288g water with 644g lye… the total weight after it’s dissolved and cooled is only 1850g when I expect it to be 1932g… is this normal? As when I then split it for say a rainbow - I’ll take the 1850g divided by 6. So the weight changes once mixed? Thank you

If you can't follow, you can use any online soap calculator. Search soap calculator in Google but they are not always right.
