I am new to Power BI. I trying to understand how exactly it worked. without groupby or summarize how this formula is calculating the count by different categories in the numerator? if I understand correctly in the denominator due to ALLSELECTED it's counting the total. can someone answer this?

Why it works in a vice versa for you? All selected should work for selected rows, but all for all rows, but in your case it worked differently
