This will help calculate it but if u cant:Your fertile days should start on the 15th of August and ur ovulation should be on the 18th of August, and ur Fertile days ends in 24th. In school they taught us to count 14 days from the first day of your menstruation if you have a regular cycle. In day 14 you will ovulate. If not conceived you will menstruate 14 days later. But this is for a regular 28 days cycle. These days it’s very simple just using a ovulation/ menstruation tracker app.

I just used this formula to calculate my ovulation date according to my last cycle and it turns out the exact day I thought I was experiencing implantation symptoms I was actually ovulating and I was surprised when pregnancy test came out negative...reason, I actually missed my fertile window.
