SGPA never depend on the percentage..it can be different because in first case you are calculating based on CGPA so percentage based on cgpa can be different from the marks percentage because grade calculated on based on the marks range not on exact marks

Thanks For Your valuable comment. First of all this is applicable for institution where SBCS followed. For calucalating CGPA, you can calclate in same manner as SGPA, if there is no semester. Credit of subjects only tells about the importance n difficulty level of that subjects. You can also use yout marks but now days in modern education system, universities is following SGPA and CGPA system

CGPA of 4 Yrs same as DGPA. But CGPA is not an average its totally depend upon credit n Grades you have earned. CGPA to % conversion varried university to university. SOME university multiply 10 and some by 9.5. But standard practice as per CBSE multiply your CGPA by 9.5 , then you can get %. IF ur CGPA is 7 or more than it means ur marks will be more than 65

Aur grade point humesha integer hi hoga yaa decimal mein bhi hoga? plz confusion clear kar dijiye.

It's depend which grading system you follow....as per UGC guidelines 90-100 - O 80- 89 - A+ 70-79- A 60-69- B+ so on.. Some University follow the range of 5 number also... 80 to 89 will have same grade..
