Starting out with a with a professional that knows the ropes of the choppy but profitable market is the best way to achieve getting a well structured portfolio. Most traders enter exit with a quick 10% profit which is not bad in a general opinion but why not aim higher, it doesn’t necessarily mean to be greedy.

(1:30-4:27) •"(P/S 1) means sales are less than the Market Cap 4:27 -P/S: means "price to sales ratio" -"P" means price of Business (Market Cap) or Price of "Stock" (a share of Ownership) "S" means Sales or Revenue

I imagine calculating sales ratio would be important if one would ever be interested in buying or selling his/her company. As a buyer, you might be looking for a low price to sales ratio since this would mean you're getting a high value for a low cost.

This would likely mean the opposite if you were selling your company since you would want a higher sales price in comparison to how much the company makes per yer.
