That was so well explained Phil, thank you. Amazing that so much power/work is 'done' on Io simply via these tidal interactions; generating volcanism. It's very exciting to think of Europa clipper and what it will observe when it passes close to volcanoes on Europa.

I am very excited about Europa clipper and any other future missions that will visit the Jovian moons.
