You measure it with a ruler or other measurement device using the same scale you have used for the other lines.

@@moudzy1446 hi, most likely the error has been introduced by either the scale that you are using being too small, or the angles you have drawn aren't correct.

Good Day Sir! In getting the true wind direction, will it go from ship's heading to the apparent wind or apparent wind to ship's heading?

Hi, I'm afraid I don't understand what you are asking. Using the method in the video the true wind speed is represented by the vector WT - this is a true bearing - and can be read directly off the chart / radar plotting sheet / whatever you have used for your plot.
