My temp is supposed to be 316F and the "Temperature" settings both say 316F. But, my thermogun says 265-271 after 6 presses (testing on garment like in video and not the platen), which number do I change? Top or bottom and what do I change it to if it should be at 316F? Side note: When checking temp of garment, I checked the temp of top platen and it was 300F. I'm so confused.

Hi Johnny, sounds like your press is out by quite a bit. In the temperature calibration window in your IQ system you will need to adjust the bottom number ("Temperature Calibration"). In your case the top number ("Target Temperature") will need to say 316F and then you will need to change the bottom number to be the average temp that your thermogun is saying - 268F. The IQ system will then adjust itself to get more heat into the top platen so that the heat it is transferring into the garment is higher.
