Does it matter it is -4F outside when you calibrate it? Canada weather....

It does not matter too much. However, calibrating in -4F is better than doing it in 80F, warmer or hot weather. The ice starts to melt and water warms up. Calibrating will be a bit more stable in cooler temperatures 🍻

This is bad information. A glass full of ice and water gets down to about 40 degrees. If you freeze the prob in the ice and come back to it the next day, that will be 32 degrees. Traeger needs to get their numbers right.
