What could the problem be if the screen keeps blinking when connected to a socket, the batteries are new, when it’s not connected to a socket it doesn’t blink but as soon as you connect it and switch on it starts blinking and you can’t type in the token, what could be the problem? PLEASE HELP

There are either some loose wires or connections somewhere. You should swap or use another different power socket outlet. You can also check whether your CIU top plug is in good condition or if the CIU power cable has some mechanical cut or injury.

No! we don't have such a short code, we only have a short code to check the last recharge which is 033 for the 2021/2023 Hexing model and the total active consumed energy to date which is 003.

You can cancel the Credit Alarm However you can't get rid of LCD Screen Warning notification unless you unplug/Disconnect the CIU from the power.

If the meter is in tamper mode the contacting switch on your CIU Lcd Screen will be disconnected. For some Prepaid energy-meter models like Inhemeter, you can input 095; the result code 08 will be tamper mode.

The LCD screen will automatically light on once the CIU is plugged into a powered socket outlet or anytime you press the keypad as long as the CIU is connected to a powered socket outlet. If the CIU is Faulty the LCD screen might not light ON.

The notification on your CIU Lcd Screen is not the word Locked!! The word which is a notification says Low Credit. You`re required to load a token.
