You get a free month when you sign up for prime and then it auto bills you after that. You have to cancel it separately from prime. Total scam. plus it sucks. Pandora is a million times better

Me too, I went to help section, then how to cancel, had no cancel subscription option,...I tapped the button which says "Did this answer your query?" I tapped "No", then it lead me to an online chat which cancelled the subscription and says it refunded me 1 months subscription, which surprised me! try that.

If your subscription is an apple in app purchase you have to contact apple customer care for cancellation and refund....If your subscription is through Amazon you can contact Amazon customer care for cancellation and refund

hello, I canceled the subscription 4 times this year...they keep taking 10 euros a month from me, what can I do? I have emails and screenshots with the confirmations every time I cancel, absolutely pointless they keep stealing my money...any idea what I can do?

Hey I had that issue as well. If you are on Amazon prime, they will take $10 per month for every service they have. So if you cancel Amazon prime, that saves you money and time. I just realized Amazon charged me $10 for Amazon prime +9 dollars for Amazon Music. So I canceled Amazon prime and now I won’t be charged. If you do that and you open up Amazon music there should be a note that says on a certain date, your subscription will no longer continue. I hope this helps.
