You're tutorial worked for me. I selected 'other' and didn't have to state a reason and it was accepted. Maybe eBay updated since this tutorial. They have an affirmative statement it's ok to retract best offer offers.

Thanks for the video. Suggestion on the phone using Navigator it's probably going to give you the mobile view like it did me. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and change it to classic view or desktop view or else you can not see the details tab.

I know this is kinda old, but If I’m gonna wait 24-48hrs for the seller to review multiple best offers…it was essentially an auction, which I care nothing for. Some sellers immediately decline offers which I love. Stop wasting time with the long drawn out best offer auctions. I’ll use the retract offer if they are slow to decline or accept. Shoulda made it an “auction” or a “buy it now”..(NMP) not my problem.

You should be a bit more specific in your title. I came here (and probably many others did as well) in search of a way to retract offers AS A SELLER. This is apparently impossible to do as an Ebay seller.
