Normally hold means flight may get cancelled. As you are saying the Journey date has already passed, hence check the flight status of the airline website and then ask for the full refund. Ig you dont find the direct contact number, try through email, X(twitter) or LinkedIn. I hope it helps.

The specific would be there in your tickets but for indigo it is 0-3 days*: Up to INR 3500 4 days * & above: INR 500
