I agree I have gone in many times and tried to cancel. Nothing has worked. The only thing that has worked is that I change my account so they can’t get any money from me. Yes it is a scam notice how many people are complaining about the exact same thing. First off they make it difficult for you to cancel and when you finally find a way to cancel they continue to charge you
